Terms and Conditions JKJ92 — User Guide Official Platform

Using the jkj92 platform means you fully accept these Terms and Conditions. This acceptance takes effect from the moment you first access the jkj92 website or app, whether or not you register as a member.

• Spreading false information about jkj92 on social media platforms or public forums.
• Any activity that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law.
• Money laundering or financing any illegal activity through a jkj92 account.

Jkj92 cooperates fully with the relevant authorities in any investigation involving suspicious financial activity or other criminal activity that may occur through our platform.

Jkj92 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision under these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that a member is under 18 years of age.
• False or misleading registration information.
• Fraudulent activity, including bonus abuse and multiple account ownership.
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the member themselves.
• Instructions from the relevant authorities.

If your account is suspended due to a violation, jkj92 reserves the right to hold existing funds during the investigation. Once the investigation is concluded, legitimate funds will be returned to you, while funds associated with fraudulent activity will not be refunded.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
